There is something about Autumn that classically brings around a bout of 70’s style fashion! I presume its because of the typical warm browns and oranges of popular 70’s styles. Autumn outdoor hues are also pretty picture perfect! Mooch has a lovely customer called Hannah, who is heavily into the 70’s fashion, making her the perfect model! So I fetched a talented hair dresser in from Bayliss called Gareth, and together we combined to make one hell of a cliche photo shoot! We went for floaty hair, paisley prints and warm colours. Yet again, I find myself having serious hair envy!
In all honesty, 70’s clothing is possibly one of my least favourite eras, personally. I think they’re beautiful and so graceful, sadly the fashion just does not suit me what so ever! I’m more than partial to a high waisted wide leg, or flares, don’t get me wrong, but maybe its the colours that don’t agree with me? Any way, it’s a good experience working away from your comfort zone, and as a vintage stylist, I cant just work on my favourite 80’s accoutre!
Heres a few snaps from the shoot…
Big thanks for my fab team, and thank you for reading! X
